Game Crashes with DX12 and with DX11 there are no shadows ingame. is this FSR 3.1 mod or just 3.0 ?

UPDATE:
Those facing an issue of the game crashing after changing to DX12. I have three possible solutions.
1. Update Nvidia Drivers to the latest version. This fixes my crashing issue when moving the camera in-game using FSR3 FG.
2. Before launching the game, remove the "[SystemSettings] r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0" lines under the Engine.ini file. Then launch the game with dx12 enabled. Quit the game and add these lines back to the Engine.ini file.
3. Before launching the game on dx12, set supersampling to off/none in-game settings. Then after you load into gameplay, set supersampling to FSR3.

The best solution is deleting the game and forget it until you upgrade your pc or get ps5.
