exactly! and about Charlie’s eating disorder, did they read the comics? it shows up here and there in subtle hints so we are prepared for s3 which will be about his journey getting diagnosed and his struggle with ED and OCD. it’s supposed to be subtle bc s2 was about Nick coming out and more attention on the other characters and their stories.

And saying he should just let everyone believe something about him that isn’t true is so rude! It’s completely minimizing our sexualities to act like we should just go along with other people believing we have a sexuality we don’t. As a bi, cis man, I LOVE when Nick says, "I'm bi, actually, " because I say that shit all the time. I'm in a same-sex relationship and everyone automatically assumes I'm gay. Even when I was in my previous opposite-sex relationship, we were BOTH bi and had to constantly remind people! Also, if anything Heartstopper has hurt me the most out of any queer show/movie I've ever seen.
