In this video I will show you how to take milk and make the most incredible dessert! This vintage classic will blow you away when you try it. So super simple!

Recipe:
Vanilla Junket
4 cups milk warmed to 90 F
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. stevia extract or 1 T liquid honey or maple syrup (optional)
Pour into bowls and let set for 30 min on the counter at room temp. then transfer to the fridge.

Spice Junket
4 cups milk warmed to 90 F
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
1/2 tsp. stevia extract or 1 T liquid honey or maple syrup

This was really interesting. I’ve seen recipes calling for junket before, but I’ve never made anything using it. I’m really intrigued by the health and medical aspect of it. That’s the old nurse in me. Usually old remedies that work well are often not very tasty at all. This looks delicious! It started setting so quick! I’ve never heard of those berries.
