This is my new favorite buffalo sauce recipe!! Perfect amount of spice and the yogurt is really the star of this recipe and the soy sauce adds an umami flavor perfect balance of tangy and spicy and smells so freaking good and I love that this recipe is just for a small serving usually just enough for a hefty amount of wings for my boyfriend and I to share it’s good after being stored in the fridge but so much better fresh

Very nice but i will prefer you to use creme fraiché instead of yogurt. I've tried it many times and it's delicious, you can also use sour cream.

This also good without cream/yogurt. Add cornstarch and some red or green chillies and sesame seeds and u can get asian style sauce :)
