I wasn’t stoked to get my 6.5 rate but I found a steal in one of the best towns in the Indy metro and we had been on the sidelines for years. We have been diligently looking for a good deal. They’re out there but they are few and far between. We found a place where the family was moving due to divorce… unfortunately i think until there is more economical pain, a lot of these affordable metros will be very tight. My fiancée and I are spending less than 17% of our gross on our mortgage+fees and we close June 5th (First time home buyer). Thank you Travis. My friend Travis is very funny to see how you used a loophole to fix your credit and you brag about it online but now when the banks are getting tighter for " some of the good credit people" is a crime in your mind. The change attached another two tears for the so called good credit and it is good bc not all good credits are the same, bc people like you skim the game and people like me really have good credit bc I used my head and I'm a calculated guy.
