😢 if this is how they remove blackheads, the person is probably poorly trained so will perform other procedures incorrectly - this is why it's a good idea to check reviews before booking a treatment.

I have similar pores. It’s so hard to get anything out but they’re large and filled with sebaceous filaments. I’ve been using niacinimide, hyaluronic acid, salicylic and retinol creams with little to no improvement…..

Those are a bunch of micro fractures on conjuntive tissue 😂 it will hurt a lot later.

I would run away, i no how to do it right. Make Hot water, cool abit and put ur face over it ca. 10 Minutes. Easy to get out.

This is literally how my blackhead removal went RIGHT after a relaxing facial 😅. I can’t say it was the worst experience of my life but in the moment, I thought so. Excruciatingly painful and the lady made it worse by unnecessarily commenting things like “man your skin is extremely oily, you’ll only get good treatment for this from me, that’s some insane amount of blackheads”. I didn’t know if I wanted to slap that lady quiet or push the scalpel away and run 😭

They're using it upside down, there's supposed to be water for glide and to help ease out the congestion, and you're not supposed to apply pressure! They basically did everything wrong.
