Advanced Limits

We can use the properties of limits when the limits of the two functions exists. If this is not true, we must consider the one sided limits to see whether the limit exists. The limit of a composition of two functions is the composition of the limit, provided the outside function is continuous at the the limit of the inner function. In this video, we will look at the case when the outer function is not continuous at the value obtained from the limit of the inner function.
