Lol I have severe ADHD and take 52mg a day. It helps me concentrate, but I'll never forget when my buddy (who doesn't have it took a pill without me knowing, convinced that it was a placebo). He cleaned my entire house, drove to his place, cleaned his entire flat (which was filthy/he was a hoarder), drove back to my place, told me Feminists are a plague that needs to be cleaned, then watched the news for 12 more hour then went to sleep. He also asked me for more (I declined).

I like the little detail of House asking for Wilson's pills and he refuses, but Wilson asks for House's pills and he immediately gives them to him

The fact that they were both drugged makes this episode so much more satisfying. This is my favorite House MD episode of all time. It really shows their relationship and distinct personalities.
