Just started kickboxing! Finding an expert coach is crucial! Happy to have finally found one. In love with martial arts since ever! I felt, not just every bone and muscle in my body, but became aware of the muscles I honestly did not know they existed in the sense that no other activity (done loads of them) made me even remotely aware of them. Love it! Just love it! Again, do it with a good coach. Thanks for the video I stumbled upon after a year you uploaded it. ❤️

I agree. It is one of the funnest ways to get your heart rate up. I feel bad for people that run on a treadmill. 🧟‍♂️

How is this even a question. It's kickboxing and it's not even close. Your legs take an extra beating every session of kickboxing vs just using your hands

I've done the test on myself before so I knew the answer was going to be kickboxing. But at 1 point I had a little bit of a lower body injury and did more boxing and got a good workout as well. I think your recommendation of finding a good coach is very important especially when it comes to kicking because people can injure themselves! Anyway nice breakdown!
