Cordyceps supplement should you take it? (HONEST REVIEW)

Cordyceps mushrooms have been on my radar for years now, so finally I decided to go ahead and give them a try. I do have to say that what I found really surprised me.
In this NON SPONSORED video, I go in to my experience with the cordyceps. Specifically I got the cordyceps from Real Mushroom.

The way I look at it, there are supplements which are part of our human body and then there are plant toxins. If plant toxin doesn't have solid risk behind it then I'm not taking it every day because humans aren't used to every single type of polyphenol and we don't know everything it does to a body even if there are studies showing that it's fine.

My wife has Cancer melanoma stage 4 and has been taking Cordyceps in a ticture(high dose) it has shrunk her tumours so much that we believe hopefully she is going to recover completely, we are praying that this mushroom has saved her life she also taking lions mane, reishi, and Turkey tail mushrooms all in tincture form as it delivers the high doses required for antioxidants and cancer cell decimation, I think the mushroom world is underappreciated as until she had this cancer we didn't even know this could save her I mean cancer is bad but stage 4 melanoma has very very low life expectancy, im blown away by this mushroom it may have saved her life

When you are older and have burnt out your adrenals on stimulants cordyceps helps a lot. Ive tried the cordyceps from Host Defense first and then transitioned to Four Sigmatic's elixir red package and now im trying Real Mushrooms capsules Cordys. Initially my first box of 4 Sigmatic Cordecyps mixed with their Lion's Mane made me feel awesome. But towards the end of my second box I started to have a little anxiety. Now what I noticed with the Real Mushrooms Cordyceps, I opened up 2 capsules and it was little too potent or overwhelming to my body because I felt like doing nothing but lay down and chill because I felt shitty. Maybe because I had it with coffee but I did that with the four stigmatic and didn't feel shitty before.

I started supplementing Codices-M from Realmushrooms to help me with my job. I work 10 hours a day as an Order Selector for US Foods. My job is extremely physically demanding, during a day I move anywhere between 30, 000lbs- 50, 000lbs stacking boxes on a pallet utilizing a pallet jack in a wearhouse (I fulfill orders for restaurants, hospitals, stores, ) and walk anywhere between 2-5miles. I also weight lift as a hobby. I have to say that supplementing Cordyceps overall has helped me manage that massive workload and hours at my job. Overall my mood is way better, and in the morning I'm able to get right up as opposed to feeling like death and preparing my mind for the soreness I'll feel when I do get up haha. I take my diet, sleep, and hydration seriously already and have supplemented zinc+copper, however, at least for me, Cordyceps has been massive help for my energy levels and overall neutral and good mood.

I definitely feel cordyceps most when I’m working (active job), working out, or surfing. I feel like I don’t winded as easily and it gives me some pep in my step, reps, and paddling. I don’t feel much of a difference unless I’m doing something strenuous

From polyphenols I suggest to add parsley (or dried parsley) because it has been shown to inhibit CD38 and as a result it increases NAD+.

I would recommend Iodine at least in small doses because it's the same deal as with Magensium... soil depletion concerns. Also, L-Carnosine and Acetyl l-Carnitine, they have been shown to really do things to slow down aging, especially L-Carnosine in removing advanced glycation end products. But none of the supplements are as important as to making sure not to spike insulin and mTOR few times a day, have some kind of eating window!

Cordyceps increased my kidney function from 2.3 creatinine clearance to 1.86 creatinine clearance. It really works.

Thanks for the information. I appreciate a reviewer that doesn't give a glowing endorsement of every supplement tried.

When I see a channel that raves about every supplement being great and fantastic, it makes me skeptical that perhaps the video maker is getting money from the supplement makers, so a review like this is welcome.

lions mane gives me headaches after a few days of taking it.. gives really good dreams though. Microdosing psilocybin is nice too with dreams. Did you try maca? after a couple days of taking it you'll feel like your hitting puberty again haha

Work gave me some vouchers for being good at my job, with the leftover amount I bought red reshi and cordyceps. 3 weeks on each, no change on the reshi but on the cordceps I feel less burnout in the afternoon. Could be other factors though.

I need a strong supplement I can use during cycling off the caffeine to avoid the extreme Mental and physical fatigue , do you have a y recommendations ?
