Ceviche is a dish where the lime “lemon” juice cooks the shrimp. I still love your channel though!

Peruvian here! Absolutely nailed it and loved how you cooked the shrimp beforehand just in case! It can be eaten “raw” (cooked with the lemon juice) but I don’t see any harm in being a little bit more cautious!

I found out the if the fish or shrimp is raw its call ceviche and if its cooked its called cocktail

Try pickling the onion, it's better -soak the onions in salt water while you prepare everything and put them last
