as a mage user myself, i have some advice. never get max mana. it clogs up prefix slots to help with crappy defense or stronger attacks, armour+mana stars usually gets you about 300 anyway and use a mana flower or any upgrades to not even need to care about your mana bar, just pop potions automatically and hold down your attacks.

You can also use the hallowed headgear as it gives the same mana increase as the titanium headgear
