I tested this exactly build a few days ago, and a nice fact to now is that you can use every 4(or less)-base-mana-consumption weapons for free, since with this setup its mana cost is 0. This means that you can use the Bubble Gun (70 base dmg) without consuming any mana. For almost anyone, the 2 mana consuption Last Prism is more than enough, but for sake of variety and, well, _the more you know..._
NOTE: the 4(or less)-base-mana-consumption weapons cost 0 mana with this build if its prefix is 'Masterful' or 'Mystic'

I was recently (when 1.4 came out) thinking about the max reduction but since i wasn't sure about armor and stuff i came to the conclusion that using only accessories you can get to 38%. But wow like what 80% or so thats insane I did not expect it to be that high (well since there is the video I assumed it should be somewhat high). Nice vid. =3
