This virus is Polish!
"Obora" means "cowshed" in Polish. There is a Polish flag in 3:39. There is also an information that the virus was created in Kęty (here it's spelled "Kety"), which is a town in Poland.

It almost sounds to me (when the CMOS floppy drive types get wiped out), the BIOS will only seek the drives 40 tracks to be safe and avoid overstepping, since it doesn't know what type of drives it has.  Once reset, both 1.2MB 5.25" and 3.5" 1.44MB drives have 80 tracks, and it sounds "normal" again.
