Somebody posted a version of this song but used the ending part of the trailer after snake is "caught" and the credits show. I think that's as clean as it gets.

for that purpose Konami itself banned some channels for use of Ground Zeroes content!!
which its not our case, Konami approved this track as a fan made, so they didnt mess up with us, and allow us to keep this soundtrack.
