Sacher torte is one of my favourite things to pair with whipped cream, it is rich but not overly sweet and packed with that chocolate flavour and the jam just add a nice touch of sweetness.
Took a bit of trial and error to get the frosting just right.

Ingredients
100g dark chocolate
4 large eggs
145g sugar
90g unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
100g A.P. flour
130g apricot jam
100g dark chocolate
30g unsalted butter
20g whipping cream
Took a bit of trial and error to get the frosting just right.
