When it comes to the door stops which ones you like better the old-fashioned style screws into the base molding or the one that you mount onto one of the hinges usually the top hinge. I try to get all the customers sure you get the door stop for the top hinge but also some people still like to use the Round Disc that stops the door handle from hitting the sheetrock.

Great tip I learned this many years ago … for my last top coat I light to use the mud with the light blue lid seems a lot smoother

Yo Clint! Okay, as a 30+ year veteran of drywall finishing I stuck around for the entire video and have 3 pointers. Yeah, bear with me. 1. YES! Always blame the kids for what you've done wrong. 😉
2. Get a door stop
3. Secure that pencil better! 👍
Ha! You just KNEW I was going to critique your drywall "skills." Nah. You did okay. Within reason. Nice seeing you on this Tuesday and God bless, my friend. 😎💯🎸

One thing I hate is spackling but I used to have a Italian guy this guy was so good that's all he did was spackle. He would come into the job with spackle bucket compound a bunch of industrial fans so he could turn them all on and dry the Spackle quickly and a bucket of water with a sponge and smooth everything out never sanded Anythink. By the time this guy was done you could not find the scene any imperfections this guy was a true master of his craft

Great Timing on the tip; currently got a few drywall holes I can alter your tip to patch my non-circular holes. In addition I'll need to place a reinforced backing to re-mount my toilet paper holder in the same spot. Thx!

Loved using these to patch those holes that were forever popping up at work (yeah, years ago!) 👍👍👍 Now, I'm betting Mrs. TRZ wasn't real happy seeing your goodies on the new countertops! Whew! I heard her giving you "the look" all the way here at the OBX!! Be careful there, young man and keep those Tuesday Tips coming!
