The Markham police came in my house and put me out, and boarded up my house, because the city would not let me purchase water, they prevented me from access to my clothes, property, and all that I owned. Stating that the house was without water service for over a year, but my mom willed the house to my sister and I, and hadn't been deceased 9 months, is that legal? I feel like they violated my fourth amendment. What do you think?

How do you start the case? None of the courts want to open the case in my area.

4th amendment text explicitly states the only reasonable search and seizure is only with a legal lawful search warrant signed by a judge under oath and affirmation.
They always forget and ignore the words shall not be violated. All searches and seizures without a legal lawful search warrant are unconstitutional therefore illegal.

4th amendment text explicitly states probable cause is only to get a legal lawful search warrant. Probable cause doesn't give law enforcement authority to do a damn thing but get a legal lawful search warrant. Reasonable Articulable suspicion exists nowhere in the 4th amendment whatsoever. The justice department (courts) and law enforcement have been operating illegally unconstitutionally for the past 100 years violating article 4 section 2 paragraph 1, 4th amendment warrant clause, and the 14th amendment section 1 illegally unconstitutionally seizing (arresting) American citizens without a legal lawful search warrant, and illegally unconstitutionally jailing American citizens without being found guilty by a judge and jury of a crime.

An educational video, but I would have liked to seen some women legal scholars in the video. I like to use these types of videos for instruction in my Criminal Justice courses, but I will not show this one because of the lack of gender diversity in your presentation. Too bad because it has good content.
