Howdy hi hi,
I'd like to share my idea about why matter and antimatter didn't disperse across the universe at the point of matter creation some three hundred thousand years after the big bang.
Antimatter innately flows through time in reverse. As as roughly equal amounts of matter and antimatter coagulate out of the spreading heat energy of the big bang. Matter continues to travel outwards along the same trajectory as spacetime. However, antimatter would travel in a trajectory 180 degrees off of this. Meaning its flow backwards in time would mean it would return to a time and place where it was too hot for matter or antimatter to exist.
One can imagine this as a series of steps. Step one you get half the total matter/antimatter material flowing outward and half flowing inward. Once the inward material sublimates into energy it again flows outwardly. Step two one quarter of the total material flows outward while one quarter flows inward. This process repeating itself until you are left with zero antimatter generation at this point in time.
We don't see this process happen today because conditions were unique to this specific period of time. In other words we don't currently see any area of space time that is so hot that matter or antimatter can't exist.
My evidence for this is antidotal and really it is just an idea about what I think may have happened. But, honestly this feels like the right answer to me.
Thanks for giving my idea a quick read. I hope your day and your work treats you well.
