1. Cholesterol is up 2types:-
(a)HDL - good cholesterol
(b) LDL & VLDL - bad cholesterol
2. Our liver naturally produces cholesterol &this cholesterol then travels through the whole body with the help of protein.
+The bad cholesterol (LDL & VLDL) deposits itself in blood vessels and this causes heart attack as well as strokes.
3. The cholesterol comes from the FAT that we are consuming. So be sincere about the kind of FAT you're eating.
4. There are 3types of FATS:-
(a) Saturated fats- (it's available in meats & dairy products ; they instruct liver to produce more bad cholesterol)
(b) unsaturated fats (good cholesterol) - (it comes from plants, nuts, seeds, vegetable oils etc.. This unsaturated fat is helpful in breaking down the bad cholesterol)
(C)Trans fats (bad cholesterol)- (present in packets foods & foods like pizzas, burgers etc.)
5. You should consume saturated fats with in a limit. (Quantity should be: 1table spoon of any saturated fat approx.)
6. Cause of formation of bad cholesterol :- I)lack of exercise & II)stress
7. Asanas to reduce bad cholesterol :-
*Surya namaskar(2-3 rounds in the morning &do regularly)
* Hastapadangusthasan
* Ardha Matsyendrasana
* Yogendra pranayam (do this for 10 mins twice or thrice a day)

Mine was 280 cholesterol in June

Now September it's 178

What I did.
1. No nonveg for 3 months.
2. No milk tea. I had only black tea with jaggery.
3. Daily 10000 steps walk.
4. Breathing exercise 30 min daily
5. Morning empty stomach garlic
6. Daily empty stomach nusqa e arabia 1 spoon
7. 1 pinch black seed daily ( kalonji)
8. Cinnamon powder 1 small spoon daily
9. 3 liter water
10. No full stomach food. I use to eat 70%
11. Roti of jawari nachni and bajri mix
12. Oats in 2 days.
13. Daily fresh fruits 250g +
14. Dudi soup daily
I hope this benefits someone in need.
Don't worry if High cholesterol is there.
U just need lifestyle change.
