My dad’s cousin came around a corner to the same situation where a semi truck driver was stopped by the car in front. He didn’t have enough time to stop. He was in a car that was low to the ground. He was decapitated on impact and we had to have a closed casket funeral. The guy who tried to get the truck to hit in is still allowed to walk around Scott free.
