Just used this Toupret Wood Repair filler today on an exterior which had rot and needed attention. I was amazed as it dried quick and goes on nice to any depth and can be rubbed down and shaped easy. Best I've used so far on exterior woodwork.

That sadolin superdec can go on bare wood wich is great just make sure you knot it first cause they will bleed through and it’s very flexible last years man

Exactly what i found bud. Mix up a bowl fill all round the job by the time your done first bits going off. 2pack took ages just on a bay window its stop start. Just hope it lasts long i love using it so easy

I never saw an update but I’d love to know how it worked out using it because I find the 2-part stuff a bloody pain to work with. Cheers for sharing.

Questions my friend.
First how did that filler turn out? Ie is it solid enough?
Second when painting over it would you need to prime it first with primer or wood hardener liquid or could you just use something like zinsser exterior allcoat?
I’m doing nearly the same as your doing in this video.
So far I’ve been using ronseals ready mixed wood filler but it’s taking too long to dry out and any damp in the weather it goes soft again.
Like you I used to use 2 part fillers but like you say I was wasting more than using. It’s alright on large services like garage doors etc but windowsills up top is a nightmare especially if working off ladders.
I tend to use towers if it’s that bad.
Anyway, great vid and looks like your doing a great job👍

What’s that superdec paint like bruv?
I’ve used Bradite OneCan
And zinnser exterior allcoat
Good products for coverage but do dry out a bit to fast which as you know cause drag lines.
