Shoutout to Habit 3 - so important to organize your references and build from existing sounds. Thanks Aden

Great point on the difference between ethical stealing and copying.

For sure I will release something this year :) But for right now I just like to mess around with ableton, samples, presets, test of some midi solution. Generally, whole learning process, which I also love. I dont know, where it will lead me, but as you said, I just enjoy the process.

Aden, interesting that you have several projects "on the go" in parallel at any time. I find the need to finish one at a time may be hindering me, as it can sap enthusiasm. However, for me the danger is that moving to another before finishing means I may never go back to it again... again, a mindset change required.

The idea of rest is quite important. I'm glad you emphasized this. Also, the reference to referencing (pun intended) is something quite important that I am just now getting into.

I’m pretty good at most of these but I suck at habit 4. 90% of my projects are less than half done and I rarely come back to them

_"If you're a producer who's spent any time in the productivity space"_
For those of us who don't understand 'corporate speak' what this mean in English, does it mean something like "if you've worked in a studio" . . . is it that sort of thing ?

I wish I could be consistent, but with work everyday of the week and a baby and a wife to take care of time is hard to come by...

You're giving advice on audio yet using the wrong mic for broadcast. Get a Shure SM7B and you will help not give your listeners tinnitus.
