They struggled to get the carriage in the intro scene to work. Modders know how to use their crappy engine better than they do, sadly.

If there’s one thing I must complain about concern the Elder Scrolls, is that you can’t actually sit back on a wagon or Silt Strider and be taken to your destination! I was so excited when I watched a retrospective on Morrowind since the guy said “it takes hours to get to one place using a silt strider.” (He meant ingame) and I didn’t think it was just stupid fast travel but you pay for it, which I do like more than just fast travel but that’s not the point! Sometime I want to just take a ride through the land, without worrying about monsters and stuff!

That would had been awesome, but only if there was a skip option, obviously.

Immersion for the casual and skipping for speedrunners and such.

There's always two things that bothered me about skyrim. The lack of wagon traffic after the opening scene and the complete absence of all non-human children. Why aren't there any kittens or baby lizards running around?

it honestly has a good reason, there's always some kind of enemy/mob (or BUG) to spoil everything so it wouldn't be fairly possible idk

Cool carriage feature aside, I really wish there was a quest to destroy the thieves guild and bring down the birth bria- uh I mean black briars

The reason they took this feature out was because you could get attacked in mid travel from random encounters.

Wenn Gta 4 was realest you were able to take a taxi any time you like and it whoud drive you Tru the entire city, and skip the drive if needet, yes was annoying sometimes but the game came out 2008 I think before skyrim and had perhaps better graphics
