Cooking with Chef Chef Ati - Feta Muffins Recipe - Episode 13
Preparation time : 45 min - For 4 Persons
Ingredients:

350 g - Flour
650 g - Yoghurt
120 g - Feta Cheese Crumbled
60 g - Parmigiano
75 ml - Vegetables Oil
16 g - Baking Powder
10 g - Mixed Herbs
2 - Eggs
1 - Egg Yolk
2 tea spoon- Salt
2 tea spoon - Black Pepper
Sesam

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, yoghurt, oil, black pepper, salt, herbs, paarmigiano and feta cheese Crumbled. Mix them all together. if the dough is to thick add milk. Choose the favorable sizes from silicone muffins cups. Add the mass and bake them afterwards in oven for 18 - 20 min at 180 degree celsiuss. Enjoy!
