Apple Smart Folio Case vs Save $$$ on 3rd-Party Magnetic Cases | Which One to Get?

I’ve always like how Apple’s smart folio iPad case uses magnets to offer protection while keeping my iPad simple and sleek but it’s quite expensive. I’m glad there are now 3rd party magnetic cases at 1/5 the price. Let’s see how they compare. Which one should you get?

I definitely like to have the back covered completely in the side so I got like an $11 case and it basically works like the smart cover essentially with a case that Apple used to sell. It’s so unfortunate but I don’t blame Apple for making different cases the way they are because they’re so many parties that cover other options for other people.

Why didn't they incorporate the apple pencil as even an option for their portfolios.... Like... What? I thought apple was attentive to detail... Like literally everyone I know with an ipad... Has it for the pencil... Wtf
