I like it for its minimalism. Because my iPad will never leave my home. However, if I was to carry it around to different locales, I would definitely get a sturdier case.

There's actually three viewing angles on the new Smartfolio cases for when the iPad is standing - a nice little tweak to the design of the cover for this gen. :)

I love these covers, actually planning to buy one However-when I just got one of this iPad Pro M4 13” and tbh it is so much sophisticated sleek looking than my old workhorse 2015 12.9 version. That being said, the device looks really serious fragile and I will never put a thin, non protective cover on it. You’ll gonna cry for sure if you drop it by accident 😝 When I first got hold of it, my mind started thinking how to protect the screen, the camera, etc.. it’s like a new born sleek baby demanding of care and protection 😂 When Apple store in my place run out of stock for Apple Pencil, and a third party was offered, I bought bec I urgently need it but when I noticed it’s a tad bit sharper tip than orig pencil, I hesitate on using it in fear of scratching the precious screen, hahaha😅

I got the 13inch pro in silver with the white keyboard .. but for the simple folio I might go with black .

Don't know why Apple still offers these cases as they offer absolutely no protection in a drop.
