Railway Plans from Israel to the Gulf?

PERSPECTIVES | For Israel, the road to peace with the Arab world once ran through the Palestinians. But now with priorities shifting in the region, Arab states are turning to Israel on critical issues. Recently, there have been a number of surprising and historic visits by high-level Israeli officials to Arab states. Now, Israeli Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz is in Oman to present 'Tracks for Regional Peace.' Our Mike Wagenheim has the story.
