The soundtrack for Lost Highway is great. I love love the intro music by David Bowie "I'm Deranged." Fav movie is Mulholland Drive and Fire Walk with Me.

The hard work you do for us to show us so many remarkable places and locations is unbelievable😀😃😄😁. Thanx a lot for taking us to the places that we all wanted to travel to. You saved us a lot of money for traveling tickets 🎟️💸. All the best for you and your family🙏😊. Mr. Blackstone

I was very fortunate to get to speak to David Lynch via Skype at the Sydney event of the Twin Peaks: Conversations with the Stars tour in 2018. VIP ticket holders were able to submit two questions they would like to ask him & those selected were allowed to come up on stage & ask him directly. One of Lynch's favourite directors is Federico Fellini, & when I got to see him speak when he came to Australia for his first exhibition here in 2015, he was asked about Blue Velvet premiering at the Montreal Film Festival, where he then happened to mention he got to dance with Giulietta Masina (Fellini's wife & frequent muse). As a huge fan of Fellini & Masina, I wanted to know more about that, so that was one of my questions what it was like meeting her & how that happened.

He said it was a beautiful night & the organizers had planned this party after the premier & wanted him to dance with Giulietta Masina. He said he thought he had died & went to heaven. While they were dancing he was looking at her wanting to ask her about Federico Fellini but was lost for words

That year was also going to be my first solo overseas trip (to places I have been with other people though), & I was going to Rimini (Fellini's birth place), where he is buried along with Giulietta & their infant son, & I was going to place flowers on their grave on their 75th wedding anniversary. I got to ask Lynch if he'd like me to place flowers on their grave for him & if there was anything he'd like me to say to them.

Lynch was very moved by this & asked me to tell them how great they are & how big of an inspiration they were to him. It was an incredible experience to as Lynch these questions, particularly as I am extremely shy & not very articulate (although we read our questions off a piece of paper, but it was still in front of a packed audience).

Just thought I'd want to share that with other Lynch fans that follow your channel. I haven't been to the LA locations, but I've been to the Twin Peaks locations filmed at North Bend & Snoqualmie though.

It wasn't when Lynch was growing up, it was in the 90s. The man said "Dick Laurent is dead", which inspired the line in the film. He did an interview about it.

Seeing that home evokes memories of Maya Deren's "Meshes of the Afternoon"....

I've been a big fan for 20 years, ever since I watched Twin Peaks. One of the greatest filmmakers of our time. Legend.

Lost Highway is one of my favs! Saw it "brand new" back in 1997 at the Avon Cinemas, Providence, RI. Huge, huge line (several city blocks) to see it when it premiered in Providence.

Thank you for the wonderful video and nice comparison analysis with Lost Highway and present day house. David Lynch actually owns three houses along this strip. All of the houses are connected in the backyard area. I should say the David Lynch Trust owns and operates these three houses.

My first Lynch introduction was Elephant Man. I was very little and I remember it being a new release on vhs. Ever since then I've been a huge fan.

Nice they kept a lot of the Firestone stuff there. Winter Haven Florida has an old Firestone that one site said was built in 1962.

Brilliant movie and soundtrack. Such an eerie mind-trip. Lynch is a genius! Nice work finding the place.

Lost Highway is a great film! Marilyn Manson is also in the film towards the end with his then bass player Twiggy Ramirez. Ahhh Patricia Arquette - a lifetime crush of mine.

I had this amazing black an white giant poster of Sherilyn Fenn with hints of purple and pink shading from Twin Peaks she looked so good. The Theme song by Julee Cruise - Falling (Twin Peaks Soundtrack) still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up so cool.
