Sorry but this question is not related to this video. I was trying the Feuillard series, but realized exercise 2 is too much for me (very beginner here), and I jumped to 23, which is working fine for me, though there is a lot of work to get anything done either way...

Which brings me to my question. Are these exercises supposed to be done sequentially or can one choose to do in a different order?

If they can be done out of order, which order would you suggest a super beginner?
