How to convert a horizontal list to a vertical one in excel

In this excel tutorial we are going to learn how to convert a horizontal list in to a vertical list in excel using excel's built in feature. Its called transpose. Its really easy and takes around a minute to solve this problem.
This tutorial is demonstrated on Microsoft Excel 2019 but can be use every excel version. With that said, lets follow the instruction.

Step 1: Copy the Horizontal list that you want to convert
Step 2: Right click on the cell you want to place the vertical list
Step 3: Select paste special
Step 4: Select transpose from the lower right corner
Step 5: Click OK and done.
You have successfully converted a horizontal list into a vertical one in excel.
