Thanks, again for great info and advice. I no longer avoid fruit for the “sugar”. I lost 25 pounds in just a few months eating a whole food plant-based diet. Not hungry, not deficient in anything. I do take a supplement, but I always have because of the soil depletion. You are a gift to anyone looking to become healthy, or stay healthy.

I'm so shocked I just came across this short, coz the past few months this is something I discovered for myself by accident and I've been meaning to Google it but never got around to it. if I have about 15-20g of plant protein in the morning I have so much motivation all day even when I'm on my period and I'm usually fatigued from that, the protein trick helped ! I have been testing it out over a few months and I couldn't figure out it I also placebo-ing myself or if it was real but I guess there's definitely some truth to it, I need to hear more about this

I would be ripping up the toilet with fruit and oatmeal! It triggers my ibs, so it won’t work for everyone!

I add some peanut butter to my oatmeal along with sliced fruit like black and blue berries, strawberries and a banana. Top it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon and I’m good. I use pb with just 2 ingredients at most, peanuts and a little sea salt. Mmmm goood 😋
