Hello, sadly at the age of 45 I started menopause. My niece told me about macaroot which worked great through Amazon. Now at the age of 46 and the last month and 5 days the hot flashes are back and every ten minutes or so I can't sleep fully not that I could before they started in the first place. I just got bonafide today and I hope it helps me and my sister whose 50, hers aren't as bad as mine. I definitely don't want to do hormones. I just found out about this company and the Swedish flower pollen to help with hot flashes.
I found Swedish flower pollen marketed for men/prostate issues to be waaaay less expensive than the products marketed for menopausal women, so I’m going to try the less expensive version to see if it helps with the hot flashes, especially at night 🥵
