Super Simple BEER BATTERED FRIED MUSHROOMS

There was once nothing in the world that could convince me to eat a mushroom. However, one day I decided to be brave and ordered fried mushrooms at a restaurant, and I never looked back. Now, I've developed my recipe and I hope you enjoy it. #BeerBatteredFriedMushrooms For The Win.

Ingredients:
1 lb whole mushrooms
1 cup flour
1 cup beer
1 tablespoon garlic & onion powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pot (enough for deep frying mushrooms) to 350°F. While the oil is heating, mix flour, seasoning, and beer in a bowl. Mix well. Clean mushrooms, pat them dry, and dip them in the batter.

2. Add mushrooms to the hot oil and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oil and immediately add some seasoning of your choice. Let them sit for 3 to 5 minutes, and the rest is history. Enjoy your delicious Beer Battered #FriedMushrooms For The Win

I can’t eat mushrooms because I’m a texture eater. I like the flavor they give, it’s just the rubbery texture.
