There's too many buttons to press. Sounds like you need a master's degree to play this game correctly. Even if you run a pick and roll correctly once, the AI defends it perfectly the next time. when you play CPU on CPU you can see guys stay in their lane and make somewhat proper reads. As soon as you pick up the controller, your guys start going haywire. The worst is going up for a dunk with the ball under the rim and firing a pass to the three point line instead. Happens every game. I'm going to try to perfect three set plays this weekend to run against the computer on pro level. if I can't make it work that's it. back to Madden

Tip#1: never ball hog in online play that's how you lose. Majority of time I've lost is because plays weren't being made, screens weren't being completed, defense lacked horribly and the ones who made points initially end up ball hogging and shooting or driving when not open instead of passing to multiple open players

I personally find this game unplayable. I've played many sports games and I've been able to play them all. I have had no bad troubles with them. This is the one and only sports game where I think you have to be an absolute basketball fanatic to even sort of play it decent.
