As a casual offline user, this game defense mechanics are horrible and the pick n roll is the worse it has ever been in a long time even plays with multiple screens the defense fights through everything like nothing is there.

The shooting meter is definitely broken in this game. It’s either green or trash.

Nba 2k has turned into a glorified online pay to win experience which is really the only way you can enjoy this game by learning your myplayer.

I enjoy the game to a certain extent. I hate that every steal I attempt or my team attempts, the AI I mean is called for reaching. I means we seriously are 53 games into the season and as a team have 4 steals. I mean the AI should have more than that for sure by themselves, but as a team. that's insane.

Me personally I always use the pick&roll . Easiest way to score and you don’t need to do to much thinking 😂. Plus most versatile and so efficient too. I always have above 60% goal percentage versus HOF level of difficulty 🤣. Not pretty but surely most effective way. In fact I use pick&roll 80% of my play in every single game that’s why I always hit 60% and above goal percentage. Sometimes 70% and above 🤣🤣. Easy to use especially when you have dominant big in your team like shaq, giannis, Kareem, Duncan, garnett, lebron etc . Defence tends to collapse if you have dominant big inside rolling then you have free shooter outside that’s why this tactic is so versatile. My go to play. You can pass easy layup or dunk( I always use lob before they made it hard in 23) or fade for those good shooting midrange/3 . So versatile and make the game easy to play. Try it.
