Sopita de Estrellas Mexican Stars Soup #shorts

Today I will be showing you how I make Mexican style sopita de estrellas 😋 This is a Mexican classic and one of my family's favorite soup, it's the ultimate comfort food 🥰

SOPA DE ESTRELLAS INGREDIENTS:
For the salsa
► 3 roma tomatoes
► 1/4 white onion
► Small piece of jalapeño
► 1 garlic clove
► 1/8 tsp black pepper
► 1/4 tsp salt
► 3 cups of water
For the soup
► 1 7oz bag of sopa de estrellas ( I'm using La Moderna)
► 1 tbsp chicken bouillon

I made this soup today. I added some cilantro and carrots. Topped it off with diced avocado, queso fresco, and a few drops of lime. So delicious!! Thank you for this recipe!!

Ahhh… my childhood. I was having such an awful day a couple of weeks ago, my mom came over to make my family this soup along with some tortitas de papa… no exaggeration this meal made it all better. It’s a warm comforting hug in food form. Thank you for sharing this!

My grandmother from my Father's side made it your way, yet my grandmother from my Mom's side would use canned tomatoe sauce with chicken bouillon, and it tastes 100 x better
