Mexican Star Soup. This beyond simple pasta soup recipe is always a huge hit!
Ingredients:
7oz. STARS pasta La Moderna
1 tbsp. Olive oil
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
8 cups water
1 tbsp. chicken broth powder
¼ onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
FRY the 7 oz. Stars pasta and onion with 1 tbsp. of olive oil over medium heat until light golden color.
POUR in the tomato sauce and water.
MIX.
ADD in the chicken broth powder and mix.
BOIL until the pasta is tender, about 9-11 minutes.
