Might be one of the best instructional videos I've ever watched on YouTube. Only thing I would add is how to reset the computer. But very clear and able to see everything easily.

Perfect video, the only thing missing is he doesn't specify engine size, 1.5-2.0-or 2.4 this 4.4 quarts of oil capacity is for the 2.4

Loved the video. Personally I'm not a fan of Fram. Fram rusts out and their product are very cheap.

I usually use Mobil 1 M1-110A (you have the link to it in the description).

Other oil filters I use and I love for my CR-V are: K&N High Performance Oil Filter, or NAPA Platinum (I believe these are the Win XP oil filters). I even used the genuine Honda oil filters as well. Out of all of these, I like NAPA Platinum the most, but I love the wrench on the K&N High Performance Filter.

I use the Kirkland Signature 0W-20 Full Synthetic Oil (from Costco). It's only $30 for 10 quarts. That's such a great price for great quality motor oil.

I like the Fram filter...especially those that have a grippy end on them. The grippy part makes it easy enough to turn off without a filter wrench. As far as rust out goes, I haven't seen an oil filter rust in less than 5k miles. However, would be nice to have some audio.

Checking the oil while vehicle is still up on a jack? You need to make sure vehicle is level when you do the final check of oil

One thing, I have a 2018 CR-V Touring 1.5 and I used only 3.7 Qts (engine oil). It got to the max sign. Is that OK?

It looks like you jacked it up on the passenger side, then slid the floor jack in there, removed Honda jack and inserted the jack stand in it's place. Then change the oil. Is that correct?

That's what I'm going to do as soon as she gets here with the car. thanks!

Not a Fram. I use to use them too. Not anymore. Try anything else. Good video and good oil choice.

Filter on Left Drain on Right and do not change crush washer!
DO NOT change any crush washers. Hand tighten both Filter & Drain.
Again
Do Not change any crush washers. 2015 Honda CRV has the original factory crush washer. I change my own oil and filter and my 2015 CRV never has leaked a drop of oil.

The manual says capacity of engine oil is 3.7 qts including filter. Why you added 4 1/4?

You did not put the jack stand, DO YOU? it's a different car (raised by hydraulic jack), different hand.

Those 10mm bolts do not exist on my 2021 CR-v. instead there are plastic Phillips head screws that to NOT come out.
