Most basic lesson: when the lights begin to flicker, it's time for the ghost to arrive.

The mirror demon was just jealous how she is doing better than her.

For me the video represents a person who is trying to reach the point of absolute perfection and along the way, trying to achieve that perfection cost the ballerina her life. If you pay close attention, she is going to practice late at night and I think her reflection was a representation of what she thought about herself, her insecurities and fears and deep down, what she really wanted to do as well. Perfection and healthiness don't tend to come hand in hand quite often, most likely in regard to the mental state.

This is awesome. Lesson learned; If your shadow starts moving independently, don't try to teach it how to dance.

The ballerina’s evil mirror self is really a portrayal of how she sees her imperfections.
As she’s trying to show herself in the mirror how she is supposed to dance correctly, her mirror self is annoyed that she can’t do it right. However we can clearly see that the ballerina is doing the dance correctly compared to how she sees herself in the mirror, signifying how she cannot imagine herself to do things the right way.
The injuries that she suffered from her mirror self could have also been the result of over training due to her fear of failing the performance.

The fact that she's even alone in that building at night in the first place would be scary enough as is.

Note to self, never engage in a dance off with ghosts or apparitions.

I loved this... no jumpscares... just the atmosphere. The room itself was already unsettling... I wonder why she thought that was fine. And her amazing acting skills...

Demon in the mirror:
“I just wanna break all your bones”

So her reflection is actually how she sees herself. She think she is never perfect and will never be. She will train until she breaks her bones. But in the end, her reflections also shows how she actually wants to be free from the boundaries of these strict ballett lessons.

Ballerinas are the strongest girls. They just have a psyche of steel. They are constantly under moral pressure, but they don’t give up. I’m amazed

I love this! The reflection is how she sees herself, but that image can never live up to the image of perfection she wants to be. So, the reflection begins to break her, mentally and physically, using her own body against her. Notice how the initial breaks and the zoomed out images don't match. It's like the mental is just as bad as the physical toll. When she let the perfect image go, or die lol, the way she saw herself (the reflection) was able dance freely with no cares.
