When someone says a person is a former shadow of themselves, it is usually not meant as a compliment. In the case of Marla McCants, it may very well be one. When Marla appeared on the TLC show “My 600-lb life” in 2015, she weighed 800 lbs. Marla would go on to lose an incredible amount of weight, but she was known as the “problem child” of the show. She was bedridden and refused to exercise until she was left to her own devices. Many years later, this incredible woman who almost ate herself to death has turned her life around, and you won’t believe how she looks now.
