I love that he works on his mental game. He reminds me of my son at 17 (last year) would get up 5;30 walk to school, class president, editor of the year book, speaks 3 languages, play several musical instruments, and plays soccer and basketball. He is busy until 10-11pm and he likes it that way. 😯

You should do a documentary on Newbury parks’ running team. That would be insane. They are the best in the U.S

Y’all need to do a “No days off” documentary on this kid from NC. His name is Torey Alston, and I’m telling y’all he’s gonna be good. He just signed with Sam Houston at 17 and he’s a 6’9 forward.

I like his game but he he does not have insane bounce lol. He’s 6’6 or 6’7. I expect any basketball player over 6’4 to dunk

He's 6 ft 7 and has a pretty average vert for a hooper. His height is probably the biggest reason he can dunk lol.

Good on him... I hope he keeps working on his explosiveness and endurance.. a lot of strength training adds strength and takes away speed so hope he just progressively increase his bounce and agility

A really great example of when you raise your kids right. Notice how the trainer said he didn't have to teach the work ethic, it was already taught him from his parents. His parents worked hard, set an example for him, and sacrificed to make their ceiling his floor.

Do one of these for Cooper Flagg. He’s the one to look out for! He got NEXT.

Make certain that both eyes are seeing the rim during your jump shot. Depth of perception is needed if you want more consistent baskets (i.e. Larry Bird).

NBA female viewership will sky rocket when he hits the league 😂😂

He has a good jumpshot and is tall but idk what they meant by "he has crazy bounce" because when you're 6'7 it shouldn't be very hard to dunk.
