It would be advisable to rinse off your conditioner prior to applying soap on your body in order to prevent the occurrence of back acne. My suggestion is to utilize the time your hair is being conditioned to brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with mouthwash. This way, you can immediately rinse off the conditioner afterwards.
