That’s actually more terrifying then the one in the movies.

I think Cassowaries already have that answer for us. I’d like to imagine it made low booming vocals that’d vibrate the ground.

Honestly if Jurassic Park was real and you were lost in a forest and heard this, it would be absolutely terrifying

"Is it more accurate than Jurassic Park?"
I think we are all in agreement with you here.

I gotchu on this. The original sound from the video comes from a channel called “Studio”. He has a series of extinct animal vocalization videos, but this is from his first big compilation of them. Pretty cool videos, even if they might not be completely accurate.

The Tyrannosaurus actual bellow is scarier than deaths whistle, and any horror villain.

Nah I'm pretty sure the T-Rex always starts off its day with a "YOOWHOOW! Good morning Bj, Baby Bhop! Are you ready for some fun?!" Then ends it with "I love you. You love me. We're a happy family"

Theres an actual study from a university in Texas about what a T-Rex might have sounded like and they found that they didn’t really have much of a voice box like most modern predators meaning that they didn’t really roar. In fact they resembled the likes of birds and crocodiles so what they concluded was that the T-Rex most likely didn’t even open their mouths to communicate instead they made vibrations at subsonic frequencies that the human ear can’t detect but could feel and it’s described that it would resemble the jaws theme, that low end rumble sound is what the T-Rex would have most likely made

As a child, in the 80's, learning about dinos. I always pictured rex sounding more like a croc or croc/flightless bird combo. Hisses, grunts, growls and laughed (tho it was still awesome :D ) when jurassic park came out

I think it is way more haunting, than typical roars and growls...

Just imagine your running for your life in a forest and you just hear a giant duck laugh as it gets louder and closer

For people wondering, it was made by a YouTube channel called Studio. They do a lot of dinosaur and prehistoric creature sounds, they’re cool af
