Id like the Foxpeople to make it in, because we dont have enough anti-argonian racism. Plus would be interesting to see people have to double take at you cause nobody knows who tf you are.

One extra beast race, which ever one, would be very interesting from a story telling perspective. We already have like five flavors of elf so I'm more in favor of the unusual.

In ESO Ayleids got wiped out completly if I remember correctly so i do not think we will get them....

While these are would all be cool (if they had a lore reason to appear), there's also a lot more suble variants. You touched on it with Reachmen. There are plenty of sub-races that could be added:

E.g. Rhe different Khajiit fur stock.
The different Argonian species.
Wood orcs
Nibenese and Colovian humans.
Ashlander Dunmer
Amd also hybrids of most of the standard ones (excluding the beast races of course).

unless a game goes back in time aylieds are not possible unless they retcon a lot of stuff. they are completely extinct and is heavily documented on how and why they all were killed or died.
