Tank Building and Repair Plant in Kharkiv

Over the last year, a factory in Kharkiv sent roughly fifty restored tanks to the frontline. The factory specializes in repairing tanks that have sustained serious damage on the frontline.

Well this repair plant is probably running overtime right now in repairing all of the Russian tanks they’ve captured since the invasion. Been seeing some footage of this in recent days of the actual work being done and these guys are just doing the most amazing job. You guys are the best. Slava Ukraine

This plant is very significant to the Russians and is one of many reasons why Russia has gone to war against Ukraine. Most of the armored vehicles and ships, and many aircraft, used by the Russians are made in Ukraine. And the Ukrainians, a nation with no Navy, just sank Russia's Moskva guided missile cruiser, their flagship of the Black Sea fleet. The Ukrainians are much tougher today than Putin would have guessed.

You Ukrainians need to move your tank repair and production facilities away from Kharkiv, (near the Russian the border) to the west of the Dniper.
Ivano-Frankivsk for example.

Perhaps the better K1A and K9 could be license made there. The tanks could be fitted with Stinger and PAC3 or Harpoon missiles as Ukraine hasn't got jet fighters and ships that can match russia. Japan, which doesn't have an army, does something similar.
