YouTube Monetization Update (Sept 2022)

YouTube just announced some big changes to the YouTube Partner Program (YPP). Now you can become eligible for monetization based on your YouTube shorts view & there are 2 new ways you can make money once part of the YouTube Partner Program from your YouTube Shorts.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP! I have had a YouTube channel for some years now. But for some reason, once I have edited my video (have tried numerous editing programs) then save it, go onto YouTube and choose video and click on upload. I can see the video uploading, but it's so slow, it's rediculous. Sometimes they are "uploading" through the night, often 12hrs +! My videos are usually only 20mins or so, but the length of the video doesn't seem to alter upload times. I have tried using my android phone and my galaxy tabA, but it makes no difference. I am on Sky broadband, which is meant to be good speeds etc. Sometimes when I click on "export" on my tablet, I then get a warning message, saying I need 500mb of memory, and to make space etc etc, but I have literally uninstalled every single app possible, and only have the actual video that I have taken on it at that time. After YEARS of this nightmare, I am so fed up it makes me just want to give up! Which would be such a shame considering I have just become legible for monetization! I wondered if I just need a better device like a Chromebook perhaps? And if so, what specs and I looking for on such a device? Really, PLEASE, can I get some help here?
