and so they end up having more nuclear antigens floating around so as a result of all this b cells start producing antibodies against these pieces of nucleus which are called anti-nuclear antibodies

Great video thank you, can this only be found out by a kidney biopsy or is there other ways? I have lupus SLE and have a new urologist (my last one who was great left the hospital I’m at) he has booked surgery to check out my bladder next week… can he check out my kidneys through stretching my bladder under general anaesthetic? Oh pre-op assessment is today 🙏🏾❤️🇬🇧
