In terms of durability you forgot to mention the other end of the spectrum which his imperviousness to the vacuum and near absolute zero temperatures present in deep space.

He did stagger Hulk without any weapons in the arena. He did use lightning, but the shockwave from the punch did stagger Hulk more than Hulkbuster. Pretty good in my opinion.

Let’s not forget Thor held the forge that was described as the size of a small moon open for just under 50 or so seconds while being blasted by that energy, the star would likely add gravitational energy to Thor making the process of holding the forge open even more difficult and yet he still did it
There’s also the fact Odin and Surtur were the only beings capable of beating Hela, Surtur destroyed Asgard which Thor at the beginning of the film describes as a planet, and while he doesn’t beat Hela he was able to do some damage to her with “the biggest lightning bolt in the history of lightning” which looked to be as big as the Asgardian royal palace, he even broke w piece of the Rainbow Bridge with lightning whereas Mjolnir required multiple hits to significantly crack it
And of course he was able to casually swing around Rocket’s pod like it was nothing before planting his feet down with enough force to start breaking through what he was standing on

MCU Thor is weak as shit compared to the comics. However he got a big boost with stormbreaker. I really hope we get a legit full power Thor vs Thanos fight in Endgame.
