You realise, there is no "pure" evil, Wanda was desperate and tried to get back what she wanted.
Dr. Strange always tried to protect nearly all of humanity, even when it means to kill a few to save a lot more.
And Vision... we did not see him really evil, but he seems to stand for absolute neutrality and in favor of the bigger picture.

So evil is debateable.

It’s not that they’re weaker as good it’s the things you can do that you won’t do because you’re good that ultimately makes you look weaker. When you’re evil, you lose that and just let go of everything that power is unchecked and can do much more.
